Voices In My Head

Nothings wrong with me,
I just got some voices in my head.

Nothings wrong with me,
They just told me you should be dead.

Nothings wrong with me,
We just hold random conversations.

Nothings wrong with me,
But they're starting to lose patience.

Nothings wrong with me,
I'm really not that crazy.

Nothings wrong with me,
The voices make me dizzy.

Nothings wrong with me,
Sometimes they make me twitch.

Nothings wrong with me,
How'd I wake up in this ditch?

    This poem reminds me of a book called Inside Out. It is about this boy with schizophrinia (sp) and he can't get to his medicine because the store he went to is being held up. Well the entire time all the other people there are freaking out he is battling his inner deams. At one point the voices start screaming and yet everybody is yelling at him to shut-up because they don't understand.

    It was a good book and your poem about inner deamons reminded me of that book.
