Stupefied by the broken lies you're feeding me,
I love the way you hold me in your arms tightly,

Staring as though I'm shining with brilliance,
I smile when you show me our hearts resilience,

Playing pretend with the indicated signs of hate,
You still can't see how I'm tearing apart my fate,

Puncturing my own sense of integrity for amusement,
You love how I swallow the poisoned pills you've sent,

Kiss me with toxic lips that leave me addicted to you,
Only when my life fades will our relationship be true.
