Dread of a Dream

by Kalgalath   Oct 23, 2008

The Ghath of a dream
The Gargon of fear
Fearcaster of nightmares,
When he appears

Startling awake,
Fear piercing your heart
His existence is naught,
But tearing your will apart

You can do nothing,
But stare deep into his eyes
While the dread o'er takes you,
And you suffer your demise

Frozen in place,
While the Ghath stalks towards you
The fear seeps deeper,
Completely through

He seems naught but flickering shadows,
Yet whole at the same
I would hope that,
He doesn't posses your truename

None can prevail
Against this thing of dread
For if you even attempt,
You will be dead

That is his strength;
Weakness he has none
The Dread takes everything from you,
Then he is done
