Just A Dream

by Aliah   Oct 24, 2008

Unable to put these emotions to rest
I pen them down in my secret hideaway
Knowing that you'd never lay eyes on what was written
Let these pages flow with passion and undeniable truth.

You are not mine and that is the beauty of it
For you are not enslaved to love me
And I am your secret admirer,
enslaved to love you
though not one word I would utter
For loving you is but a dream
and a dream it shall stay.

You infest my heart
and I am but a parasite feeding on this
unrequited love
A dream I am certain
A dream it shall stay.

Very good, it flowed well and the emotion was clear and understood, very nice.
