I need my dad

I love how this is written. The repetition is amazing for this format, it reads almost like a childrens book ( a sad one granted ). I love how it shows everything that you've dealt with and how your father effected you.

You seemed to truly love your dad and that is beautiful, I wonder where he went at that time or if there was an emotional crisis that was underway.

The simplicity of this poem (to me at least) is a way for it to show the type of relationship you had between yo uand your father (though i might be reading into it to much since you were so young when you wrote this!)
Either way i love the poem and its one of the best ones from your younger writes
