To teacher

by Baby Rainbow   Oct 26, 2008

I arrive at your class
day after day
but never a word
have you heard me say
disturbing pictures i draw
so you throw them in the bin
don't you understand?
i am trying to let you in
teacher you have taught me
of all the shapes out there
but teacher you have taught me
that one one will ever care
each sign i send to you
of the secrets deep inside
each time your reaction
makes me run back and hide
my trusted teacher you have failed
for the truth you did not see
i will not be in class tomorrow
my daddy has murdered me

Holy crap! I totally almost cried when I read the end of this. It is so touching that she tries to reach out through pictures, but the teacher does not see what she is trying to say. I love it

This was interesting, and again, I thought it was a very important message. I think you could word things a bit better, but overall I did like it. Teachers abuse the authority they have, like most people given authority, or they simply don't care. The people we are suppose to trust in life, always end up being the ones we shouldn't be trusting at all.

I too hope that this is about LIFE in general and not related to true life events of your own,BUT if they are, well I can only urge you to ring child line, and share your pain and bring it to an end, xp

OMG, so very sad. Teachers don't really do nothing, I've noticed that. 5/5, Em
