Ya, Violence is preventable. but have you ever heard of involentary violence. like when you are driving home from work and a guy hits your car at 70mph and you end up going to the hospital and he walks away without a scratch and he didn't buckel up and his two daughters wern't buckeled up nore were they in a booster seat. tell me that is not violent. because I saw it. i was the dude who went to the hospital and my car is destroyed. and it was sure violence to me. not being an a** hole, sorry it is the medicine I am on. it just happened this friday.

Wow, I loved this poem so much because of the message it portrayed that violence is preventable and that people who are being beaten are not alone. My sister was beaten by her ex and she stayed with him awhile until he started hitting his own daughter and then she left. It doesn't just hurt the person being abused it hurts their families too.
