Oct 27 how i feel today

My tears continue to run down my face,
thoughts crush my hope.
i smoke joints all day every day,
just another way to cope.

i try to clear my mind,
and dry my tears.
i just pray to the man upstairs,
to take a hold of the wheel.

I've been steering the wheel,
and look where it has taken me.
to a shelter where everybody is for themself,
which makes me feel alone completely.

i aime high to the sky,
but end up reaching rock bottom.
i try to be the solution,
but i turn out to be the problem.

i'm just waiting for my time to shine,
i know it will come one day.
i don't know how much longer,
but i'll always remember to pray.

i pray to the Lord,
that my life will get better.
i pray to Jesus,
to put my heart back together.
