Cycle

I look to the past, where no one cared
Never thought life could be so unfair
But the past is something you can't change
Look to the future, within the range
There will be moments where you'll regret
Just learn from it, and then to forget
A mortal being will go through its stages
Just like a storybook with its endless pages
Sometimes we resist from the ups and downs
Let the ruinous plans go and turn it around
I guess that some things were just meant to be
Just like mistakes are made to be seen
Not one will ever miss their shot in life
So why not take the opportunity and do it right
Some things may not follow your way
But it's about time, so take it a step a day
A change in life to revive
To get a better glance for what we strive
To be whoever you choose
And to understand; we will not lose
It's about the times that were shared
And the dream, hope and happiness in our hearts that will painfully tear
A wise man once told me that a soul touched is a printed presence for eternity
For they who meet will be connected in spirituality
I am not the one to make the objection
Just remember that ones being is no perfection
It's just a part of individuality of the presence
And the time that will become evanescence
Look to the future and farewell past
The ruins once lived, but will no longer last
