If You Must Know The Truth

by LadyLk   Oct 30, 2008

I'm hiding something from you
It's a secret, it's true
Somehow you walked in on it
But you've got no clue

I hid my phone fast
So you don't see the text
You thought it was something else
So now you are vexed

I tried hard to explain
Without giving the real truth
I can't tell you yet
I don't know what you will do

It's our week off from work
And you won't speak to me
Although i'm bad with my lies
I said you'll know within weeks

All this frustration
All of this guilt
To keep this from you
Until November the 5th

All the hate you've expressed
All the anger you expose
And all just because
Of my plans to propose!

Aww this is sad that the guy/girl was angry at the other for keeping secrets but what's to expect when that's the outcome lol :) 5/5, Em
