Its happening again
but we dont notice it now
we're growing apart
and all i can say is how?

how can this be
after all that we tried
do u remember that night?
where we just sat and cried

the night were it hit us
our best friend had disappeared
where did she go?
is it what we had feared

did she find some new friends
ones to share her secrets and laughs
did she find somewhere else
to just go and relax

where is my friend
we both wondered that night
maybe shes gone
one thought we couldnt fight

i sit here alone
those thoughts come back again
