Oh my goodness, hun. Long time no see, I haven't read a poem from you in a very long time. This poem flowed so smoothly that it went so quick so well done. Completely flawless. Secondly, this was such a sad write, it really saddens the reader as they read hoping this isn't a true story .. it almost makes you cry as a reader because you feel the saddness and all the hard times that this person went through growing up. Well done, this was great. I loved it. 5/5.

I enjoyed this poem. It was a different type of poem, it's not how much you love a father figure who is perfect in every way, it's a flawed father figure, who is still adored.

I think that this poem is very simple, and it stays on the flow and rythme scheme pretty good. It's an easy rythme scheme, it doesn't take away at all from my voting though.

It's a very good poem. one I enjoy, one that isn't a cliche, but could be called one. The flow is good, wording could be a little better in the second half of the poem, but I really enjoyed the read.
