Head Spinning Nightmare

by Littlewriter-a   Nov 3, 2008

Her head spinning,

Her vision blurring,

Time standing still.

Her hearts pacing,

Her minds racing,

She's fighting with the last will.

Down by seconds,

She's slipping by hours,

Blurring away by days.

Slowly fading,

All's erasing,

Nothings staying still.

The darkness surrounds

All those nightmares to which she's bound,

Her mind is slowly going insane.

The nightmare takes over again.

And at last,

Her head spinning,

Her vision blurring,

And the time that stands still,

Her hearts stop pacing,

Her minds stop racing,

And no longer is she fighting with her last will.

The nightmare is gone.

A rush of air fills her lungs,

And she knows the last of it has been sung.
