I enjoyed this poem for a couple of reasons. It is strange and different in that some of the stanzas are more like paragraphs. This poem creates a bridge between poetry and other types of writing, especially because it didn't really rhyme and it didn't have a lot of rhythm. I felt this poem was the equivalent of a "stream of conciousness" paragraph in, for example, A Farewell to Arms by Hemmingway. I think you should consider fixing up all the capitalization and grammatical errors, though, as it will make it easier to read. |
