Bell

by Ares   Nov 6, 2008

I've been building a dream,
for you and me dear.
softly I caress your hips,
waiting for the pleasure of...

you keep me lingering,
like a boy who can't take no,
for an answer,
like a priest who cannot pray,
to a God he doesn't know.

out in the dark we kiss,
as a couple of idiots.
neatly I fold our bodies,
inject me in to your bloodstream!

wait for the bell to ring.

you keep me lingering,
like a boy who can't take no,
for an answer.
like a leader lost his people,
to the pack of wolves.

    by Gabba Gabba Hey

Not much time to comment (class ends in a minute)
But I read this poem a while ago, and I haven't a clue why I didn't comment it.

I love how the first stanza ends with a borken off sentence, that adds a lot more meaning to the words.

Well written, full of tangible yearning, moving last line.

Sorry this is so short and less than usual!

    Great write!
