True Love Waits.

Becky was an only child in her family. She didn't have a father either. She was a 17 year old girl living with her mom in a 5 bedroom house. She still went to school to grade 12. And strangely enough, she never had a boyfriend in her life. Why? No, she isn't ugly. No, she isn't shy. And yes, a lot of guys asked her out a MILLION times. But she believes that true love waits. And that's what she is waiting for those past 17 years.

Becky went on a shopping spree with her mom in the biggest mall in town. Becky's mom had to use the washroom, and Becky HATES going into public washrooms, she never went inside one, and doesn't plans to. So Becky just waited. She was sitting in a big red couch that matched the floor in the mall. Becky waited, and waited. Till she saw a cute guy with his father just walking around the mall.

She couldn't help but staring into that guy's eyes. He noticed her right away because she was the only one sitting in that bright couch. That guy stared into her eyes, and almost tripped on a garbage can. He got embarrassed and just walked away. Becky felt a connection, but what kind of connection?

Becky decided to follow him and get to know who he was. Because she felt that her true love is in the air. She went outside, and saw that they were waiting for a bus.

When Becky's mom came out of the washroom and didn't see Becky there, she freaked out, and went looking for her in her favorite store all the way at the other side of the mall. That's where she always finds Becky, but not this time.

Becky said "what the hey" and just waited for the same bus with them. Even if she didn't know where that bus went, She knows the city, she will just find a way home. So she waited for the bus and the bus came.

"WHERE IS MY LIL GIRL?" Becky's mom screamed at everyone.

Finally, the bus had come. And Becky had second thoughts about going in in. But without thinking, she gave the driver money, and went to find a sit behind the Guy and his father so she could see when they are getting off. The guy didn't know that Becky was on the bus. And Becky didn't want him to, or else he would think she's stalking him.

"BECKY!!!!" Becky's mom still screaming.

It was a long ride, almost 30 minutes. Becky opened her purse to take her cell phone out to see what time it is. But it's not there.

"Becky, Becky" her mom called her name over and over, she went back to the red couch, and saw her Becky's cell phone. She really freaked out, crazy thoughts went over her mind, what if someone killed her?

Becky forgot about her mother, she was too busy thinking about her true love, or what she thinks her true love is. When the time had come, the guy and his father got off the bus, so did Becky. It was a place that looked like nobody cared about. It was all messed up. Trash everywhere. It even smelled bad! A place where poor people would live. Becky didn't want them to see her, she was very careful. Until she saw that they went inside a house. In was an apartment building. Really old, and small. It looked just bad!

Becky didn't know what to do next. Should she go in their house? What would they think when a teenage girl comes in their house and says "umm hi, I'm Becky, and I just saw a guy in the mall and I fell in love with him. Oh and that guy was you...teehee" They would just call the police! Besides, Becky didn't know what apartment they lived in anyway! Becky was stuck! She was in the middle of no where, with no cell phone, or money!

She just walked around thinking, maybe she should go in their house and tell them everything. She tried, but the building was locked! She didn't have the key. There was no way she could ever go in there. She decided to just go in the same bus but only that goes the other way, so she could go back to the mall, and from there, she knows the way home. But how could she go on a bus without money? She will just play her little game. When the bus came, "Hi, umm, sorry but I don't have any money, I lost my mom and I don't know the way home" She did a cute face so the diver could feel sorry for her and let her in. "Alright" He said and let her in.

It was a 30 minute drive till she got to the mall. When she did, she remembered her mom! She looked for her everywhere but didn't find her. So she thought she was already home, and just went back home, too. When Becky got home, her mom wasn't there. But that's no problem, she will just call her mom on her cell phone! But Becky still wanted that guy! She really felt a connection when she was near him, and she thinks that connection is true love, but is it?

Her mom finally got home. She asked Becky where she went, Becky lied and told her she went to the washroom too. Even though she absolutely HATES public washrooms.

It was 9.00 Becky went to sleep. She had a dream that she was kissing that guy. After that, she felt so happy that she couldn't sleep, she was thinking about him. She had to find a way to get near him again. To get that good feeling again.

It was morning, and Becky had breakfast with her mom. It was Sunday again, food shopping day. At 1.00 p.m Becky and her mom went to the grocery store. Becky went to pick up a few apples, and she saw that guy again! And felt that connection again! He was picking apples too.
"Hi, I'm Robbert" The guy said.
"Hello, I'm Becky" She said.
"You look familiar, did I see you before?" He asked.
"Yes, yesterday at the mall." She answered.
"Oh, well, nice to meet you Becky!" He said.
"Wait! Can I have your phone number?" She asked.
"Sure" he answered.

They exchange phone numbers and leave.

When they got home,
Becky couldn't stop looking at his phone number,
it was just so cute! She called him just to hear his voice.

Becky- Hi
Robbert- Hey
B- so, you want to hang out?
R- sure! Tomorrow, movie?
B- okay!
R- See ya then!
B- Can't wait!

Becky didn't want to tell her mom about Robbert it would just be awkward. When she was going to the movie theater, she said she just going to hang out with her friends.

In the movie theater,they saw a funny comedy! After, they grabbed something
to eat. That's when they found out about each other.
Becky realized that Robbert isn't rich like her. He was living with his
father, when Becky asked about his mother, he said his parents got split up
when he was just a few month old. Then, Becky found out that he was only 15.
But age doesn't matter.

It was a really good day for Becky. She got to meet her true love, it's about time already! She really loved Robbert! But she still didn't tell her mom about him. She didn't tell anyone about him!

they had another date together. They were just walking around the park. Before you know it, they were kissing like crazy! They really got out of control!

It was 11 p.m when Becky got home. Her mom was sleeping. So Becky went to her room to kiss her mom goodnight. Then she saw a picture of her when she was 2 years old. She was with some baby she never knew about. It was really weird. She didn't have any little cousins. Did she have a little brother? She will ask her mom about it in the morning.

It was morning. And Becky had breakfast with her mom, then just randomly Becky asks "mom, what happened to dad?"

"Oh wow, it was really long ago, you were just 2 years old. We got split up." Mom says.

"Why didn't you tell me this before? I thought he was dead!" Becky got mad.

"Well, I didn't think you would care! We are doing just fine without him! And he is still alive!" Mom says.

"Who's this?" Becky points at the little baby in the picture.

"Hmmm, well, it's time you should know" Mom says.

Mom starts to explain "When you were little, you had a little brother, 2 years younger than you. And Me and your father got into a really huge fight, and got split up. So he took the son, and I took the daughter. And I took all of his money, just because I really got mad, actually, that's what the fight was about, money. So that's why we are so rich."

"WHAT?!?!?!?!" Becky surprised! "So I have a little brother? Where is he? What's his name? Where can i meet him? Mom! I've always wanted a little brother!!"

"I don't know his name," mom says "his father named him. we lost connection a long time ago. I don't know where he lives, but I still know his father's e-mail, if you're lucky he can reply to me and you can meet your little brother!"

"YAAAY!!!" Becky smiled! "But how old is he now? His not so little, is he?"

"He might be 15 now, or 16, or 14, I can't really remember his birthday." Mom says.

Becky's mom sent an e-mail to her ex-husband.

While Becky and Robbert went to the same park, to have some 'fun' a lil more. They really love each other. But is it the kind of love they think it is?

Becky told Robbert about what she found out this morning. Robbert got confused because it sounded exactly like what his father had told him. But he was too busy 'loving' Becky to understand.

A week after, Becky felt a little sick and often threw up. She went to her friend's house because her parents are doctors. Becky didn't want to go to a real doctor because she hates them too. Her friend told her that she might be pregnant. Becky got excited and scared at the same time. She went to a drug store to buy a pregnancy test. It came out positive.

Next day, Becky told Robbert that she is pregnant. He was only 15 and going to be a father! he did get a little excited because that IS his true love. But a little scared too. "Don't worry, I'll be there with you when you need me! =]" He said.

3 month later, Becky felt strange. Robbert said she had no choice but to go to a doctor.

The doctor said it won't be a regular baby. "What do you mean?' Becky asked. "It will have 3 arms. And no ears. It will be a sick baby. It happens when the father or the mother were drunk, or high, or anything else." Doctor explained."Now, you have a choice, do you want to keep it?" Doctor asked.

Without thinking, Becky didn't want a sick child! How could she take care of it? "No, I don't want to keep it." She answers. That's it, the sick baby is gone!

On the way home Becky wondered, "how could my baby turn out like that? We weren't drunk!" That's when it hit her! She ran back to the doctor and asked. "Doctor, if lets say, a female and a male who are related to each other have a baby, could that baby turn out sick?"

"Yes-" Doctor didn't finish his answer, but Becky ran away for advice.

Becky called Robbert to meet him.
"I have news" Robbert and Becky said at the same time.
"Okay, you go first." Becky said.
"My mother sent my dad an e-mail saying my big sister wants to meet me!" Robbert said with excitement!

"Its me!" Becky said. "I AM your big sister!"

Robbert froze.

"what?!?" Robbert didn't know what to say. "But...but...but...but I love you, you are my true love! How could this be? I mean, it is possible, since-" He couldn't finish.

Becky told Robbert about the sick baby.

"So you are my lost sister?" Robbert asked.

"Yup" Becky said "I couldn't believe it myself."

"What should we do now?" He asked.

"Get our family back together?" She answers.

"How" Robbert asks.

"Don't know, we'll find a way" She said. "This is really weird, I was in love with my brother! Same DNA! We can't get married that's for sure." Becky started crying.

"It's okay." Robbert said and hugged her. "Everything will be fine" He started crying too.

They both were sitting on a bench hugging each other and crying. Not like boyfriend and girlfriend, but like brother and sister.

Guess Becky will have to wait longer for her true love to come. That connection she felt before with Robbert, was the connection of a lost brother, not true love. She got a little mixed up.
