Contest poem

from the time that you left
my heart you theft.
it felt like i wanted to die
but instead i silently cry.
nothing in a different view
but it was our own dispute.
you were all that mattered to me
i thought we were meant to be.
you walked out on me right where i stood
maybe i misunderstood.
it was like our love was a huge lie
but I'll still lay here with you till the final goodbye.

note: i just wrote this for a contest. i didn't have anywhere else to write it so i put it in here. it will soon disappear most likely.
