Eyes wide open,
skys are blue.
I've seen alot,
I'm sure you have too.
My heart was open,
now newly closed.
My spirit was broken,
and now imposed.
I've learnt alot,
i've dealt with what i got.
Mistakes have been had,
I seem to always be sad.
Can't figure out this life,
Always in a strife.
Missing you,
needing to somehow get a clue.
A new soul, is what i need,
A new life, is what i need to breathe.
People that are fake,
things that you take.
I'm not the person i ought to be,
I'm not like you, i'm just me.
Working hard, gettin nowhere.
Learning about love, wear and tare.
This new soul is starting to beat.
