How the sun reigned
Shone down
On and across the backyard
It seemed that all
The things it touched
Were like many different notes
Being played on a piano
That make up a beautiful song
From the smallest grain of sand to the
Mighty oceans
It is extraordinary
Created for a purpose
Meant to be
Meant to love
Basking in its light;
The sun’s light
-gladness of the heart is
the light of mankind-
we have been given hope
a new day dawns
