Just Numb Your Pain

by WitherBlisterBurnandPeel   Nov 11, 2008

Your mind is completely gone now
I sit in my room alone and cry
So why don't you stand up, take a bow
You made yourself this way

I look at you with pure disgust
with your hollow eyes looking back
my palms are now full of dust
because you never took them

Now my soul burns with fiery passion
or perhaps that is just anger
in your eyes I see a little compassion
so why not just pop some more pills

I scream for my own salvation
but it's gotten so hard to wake you up
causing your own eternal damnation
I have given up trying to help you

My loyalty is now to only but one
that is me, never again will I hurt
If i feel any emotion I will just run
because I know it works for you...
