Ghost of Misery

by Beautiful Forever   Nov 12, 2008

If you see me I am imaginary
If you touch me I will break
If you hold me I will fall
Can't you see, can't you see?
My heart is cold and withered
My smile is hesitating to fade
I am a ghost made of misery

I follow my shattered heart
I fear the words you speak
I won't allow this to stop
Can't you see, can't you see?
My soul has lost it's way
My life has come to an end
I am a ghost made of misery

This was sad, but I thought you did a decent job. The word choice wasn't too shabby, it was simple yet.. got across alot. Uhm, I would have liked more... but, with what there is here I thought you did a good job.. and it was short but it said a lot anyways. Good job! 5/5

This is another short poem. In this one so much is said in so little amount of words. Your poems always continue to make the mind think even after they have read the poem. You have a wonderful talent.
