Till death

by samuel h   Nov 13, 2008

I sit and watch all lives roam by,
the smiles on their faces,
not knowing when or how or why,
the hell some have been taken,

I miss them now and think alot,
about the pain thats past,
i wish i could be with them,
so i wouldnt be so sad,

But if i take this life away,
it wouldnt help at all,
cause all my friends and family,
would mourn or cry or ball,

So for now ill let these tears,
find a home among my shirt,
Ill have to wait to see them once more,
when i get put in dirt.

I think this poem means more to me now than it did the first time I read it. Amazing and true. Nice job Samuel.
