I Say Grace and Thank the Lord

I say grace and thank the Lord
Got so much to be thankful for...

but I do it alone
I chose that and it's okay
You make your choices in life
You cut your loses
And count your gains

And so I count my gains
It's not about eternal life
Not for me,not in the end
It's about eternal love
It's about a deeper truth

So I seek the deeper truth
A higher power
Who loves unconditionally
Who forgives limitless
Who blesses constantly

So I praise my blessings
The gift of being different
The knowledge I will always be loved
The ability that I can choose life
My ability to share

And so i share
My blessings
My hopes my dreams
My pain my fear
My praise

So I say grace and thank the Lord
