    Sylvia,

this is a form I have never tried, however, after reading your fine example I feel like attempting it. As I read this aloud, it sounded pleasurable to the ear, flowing with an ease that hid the fact that this poem is emmensely technical..a tribute to the talent you obviously have.

    Very well done.

Snowflakes are dancing as they come spiraling down,
like tiny ballerinas all dressed in white gowns.

Just the first two lines have got me captivated, wanting to read on. I love the way you write, the comparisons you make between something as simple as a snowflake with everyday occurences. Definitely, without a doubt, 5/5!

This is such a beautiful poem Sylvia.
I though I would share a video with you from an album I had in the 70's by Tomita, called Snowflakes Are Dancing , he is a single artist on a Moog Synthesizer & every note you hear is a solo performance , I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed your poem

A beautiful poem. I love the imagery and how vivid your words appear in the back of my mind; the snowflakes dancing in my head.

I love to read poems of the past; its like finding a lost book of grandeur in the clutter of a magnificent library. Thank you.

I love the wording, it flows so easily and the format is a difficult one that you penned with perfection.
