You make me smile when I don't want to,
You make me laugh when I am feeling blue,
You make me talk when I feel like dying,
And you wipe me tears when I am crying,

There's a reason why I call you my best friend,
Because you're always there in the end,
You stand by me when everyone else leaves,
To find anyone else like you is hard to believe,

Our stupid inside jokes, our silly dorky names,
How we think we are the best, but really we're in shame,
Our dumb fights, that don't last long,
How we help each other, when everything feels wrong,
