The Aftermath

The Aftermath

(Dedicated to all the martyrs, victims and their families -of mumbai bomb blast)

Voices silenced,tears have dried
Frozen hearts no longer smile
Darkness veils the winter sky
Screamings echo, but for a while

Sorrow dawns over shadowed nights
Laughter lost for eternity
Wrapped in tricolor,sleeping pride
Pain filled eyes searches thee

Gathering pieces of shattered memories
as souls depart to another domain
Time may heal the gashes made,
Who will erase the scars remained?

A somber touching poem to the victims of this unspeakable crime and all the victims of terrorism. Terrorism is a bloodthirsty monster. Seeing this last year filled me with rage. The pathetic cowards that do these deeds for whatever twisted causes they invent are the enemies of mankind and of life itself. May karma and justice overtake all the world's terrorists as soon as possible!!!!

Like the rest of the world I too was shocked and horrorfied to see such atrocities commited by mankind against another.
It is a sad and grim reminder of how far human has strayed from God.
Your dedication though a sad one, speaks volume of the pain endure by those who perish and those who survived.
A sad yet beautiful dedication.Take care and keep up the great work.
