Kiss Lucifer

by Ed or Ian Henderson   Dec 5, 2008

The sum of your parts dance individually.
You're left to your right devices.
You're a conspiracy in yourself.
Temptation shall serve you well to your end.
Cold, cold severance shall not see you on the mend.

The oaths you've taken are all in sympathy
To grand schemes to which you owe.
You've seen all our infinity,
You've dance on all the graves we've known
Owned all the lands we've overflown.

The rainbow's path is only known to you.
Your army rises like a tide.
That deepest ocean steels for our Kraken
In our darkness we march together,
And in the morning you'll kiss Lucifer.

You can borrow from me.
I will seek nothing back from you.
Because I know tomorrow you leave
On a journey that will see no debt owed
On a ship that you'll overload.
