In the Town that Never Snowed

by Steven   Dec 7, 2008

Born in a town
where everyone knew all
people would greet each other
and ask about their daily lives
i was born the following years
to witness this wonderful town
it was cover with green fields and blue skies
it was filled with people who love to talk and drink tea
the following years i grew tired of this town
it felt like a element in life was gone
every morning would be sunny
every night would be dark
nothing didn't seem to change much
it was when i was reading a book
where i learned of that wonderful feeling
the color is white
only falls from the skies
everything would be cover by it
everyone would be able to play in it
it was snow that made that feeling change
i wanted to witness this wonderful feeling
but i lived in a town that would never snow
i was trapped in a town that would never snow
instead of white floors
the floors were green grass
instead of white skies
the sky were blue and wide
i was trapped
to never experience that wonderful feeling of snow
i slowly grew up
to have my soul drained away by this lost feeling
in the end my parents wanted to go some where
i didn't have any interest at all
they dragged me onto their car
and we were off toward a place with no name
i would stare out the window
and watch as we drove out the Town that Never Snowed...
i grew tired from the trip and fall asleep
the car kept on with the road and followed toward a place
with no name
when i woke up from a long nap
the windows were cover and i couldn't see any more
my parents were gone and i was left alone
so i open the door and step out
as i got out the car
little white dots started to fall to earth
i took a few steps farther
and found i was cover by white dots
every where was white and cover by it
i later found my parents throwing white balls at each other
at that moment
i knew i found my eternal peace
this was snow
and it was all over the place
i started to break into tears
because i never knew snow would be so ever lasting
