You keep going to the bathroom
Saying you'll be right back
The words you say are happy
But I'm feeling like they're bad

I know sometimes life gets hard
I know poems are better when they're true
I thought you should see the stars
There the only place for a girl like you

Screaming at the pillows
Like they have something to say
You should know I'm always there
Because there is no better way

I know that you are cold
But you can shiver at my side
We see broken glass on the street
Reminds me of the moonlight in your eyes

I know you know I'm trying
But I don't think you know how hard
I know you know I'm coming over
But I don't think you know how far

Keep your chin up love
You're so much better than all of this
Keep on walking cause you know
You're gonna make it through this $hit

We'll sing songs to each other
Forget we're out of tune
Just keep looking at the stars love
They all belong with you

    I am completely blown away. Really. I love the flow of this song that you wrote. You've touched not only their hearts, but mine too.

    I think I'm going to be stuck reading it over and over again until I have it memorized as well.

    You have a unique way with words and making them fit together as sentences.
