The GibGobBabbleBoo

by Daisy   Dec 12, 2008

As my grandma told me a story one night,
Beware of the GibGobBabbleBoo,
You'll simply die of fright!
As I lay in bed, snuggling up,
I was tucked up tight.
As the door closed,
As I felt so scared,
I closed my eyes* and prayed,
I hope I'd be spared.
Then came a squeak,,
I saw a funny looking face,
It started to make a noise like peep,
And I was asleep,
What a disgrace!

______________
* When the child's eyes closed, he/she fell asleep.

Something was off to me but I can't put my finger on it. Interesting otherwise.

Very creative mind you have on your shoulders at the age you are at.

    I am not judging you.

I find this interesting, because as you said..you are very different.

    Nice poem.
