The Clockwork city

by Shelby G.   Jun 9, 2004

The sky was clear, Not a cloud in sight.
A play to my left, bazaar to my right.
Two men shaking hands. Women's giggles.
A Bird that swims, a Flower of squiggles.

The light blue sky, A snake in a pot.
A pink watter lillie? a Yellow forget-me-not?
Who cares if it's wrong. i'm finaly home.
heaven at last, i'm not alone!

But wait, whats this? a flaw in my dream?
That can't be right, i'v just heard a scream!
My gosh! look at that, blood in a hat.
that person just died, right were he sat.

The sky's turning black, that man is back.
thats not a man, it's Diablo in black.
I can't seem to run, my body is glass.
all i can do, is just let it pass.

The clockwork city, not Heaven, it's he*l.
The clockwork tower, ringing its bell.
That tune, it's degrating, please make it stop.
The clockwork is over, Lets start from the top...
