I never thought this day would come,
My family fell apart
Is this the same family that I came from?
I should have known from the very start

Are all the sweet memories of my childhood,
Just a figment of my imagination?
How can this be good?
Its like a evil satiation

Where did all the smiles go?
They left with all the love,
I never remember being whole
Is hate all we consist of?

I want to go back to smiles and happiness
