My Cinderella under my umbrella

by kevin Boundy AKA the ghost   Dec 24, 2008

I could be your prince
If you are my Cinderella
With you kissing me
The last thing I want is an umbrella

I can feel my sorrow
Rolling down my face with the rain
As I see the drops turn to steam
Temptation becomes harder to restrain

You look into my eyes
And see behind them my dark soul
What is this feeling... its so overwhelming
This is how it feels to be whole

So as you smile I fall in love
And wrap my arms around your waist
It's only been an hour
And i already miss your taste

You are my one and only
With out you I am only a ghost
Before you entered my life, the world,
Had me tied to the whipping post

I tell myself without you
I would instantly go insane
There is no greater feeling
Then kissing you in the rain

I think that this poem out shines the rest. It is so sweet, its diffrent from the others. It's kind of like you put all the bad things in your life behind you and started to focus on one good thing. HER! I loved it
