Depression Is Her Life's Theme

She was a girl full of dreams,
What ever happened?
Now depression is her life's theme
She wants this to end

Memories run through her mind,
Just like a black and white video
She wants to leave this all behind,
runaway to a place she would know

There is no where for her to go,
No where to run, no where to hide
she has a memory of being happy long ago
But sadness is now at her side.
