Emotion takes over and the most touching phrase slips from my lips, "I love you", gazing at me then
Whispering in my ear, "Baby, I love you too".
A pledge in the name of our heart
Like a beautiful plant that needed to be watered and nurtured to bring fourth good fruits of eternal love, caring, joy and devotion

Well I thought the flow was off. You may want to try to do the syllabol count method. Where each line should be close in syllabol count. It will help you edit and make your poem easier to read. I liked the idea of this poem. It was very relatable but, I'm not sure on your english so maybe that's it but I sensed in accent in this poem. Which for me was cool because, I felt like a different person while reading it but I don't know if that would put other readers off. Please keep writing
