I Just Got Over It

I just got over your smile that would brighten my heart;
All those hugs and kisses that today just tear me apart.

The certain look you gave me that always made me smile;
I just miss you so much, I wish you were here for a while.

I just got over the fact that I love you in every way;
Those little things you'd do, words you used to say.

I just got over the imperfections that I used to love about you;
The special scent, that will always remind me of you.

I just got over the warmth of you laying next to me;
I spent restless nights just trying to keep my sanity.

I just got over the fact that you will no longer sleep in my bed;
That we will never again talk, even if i still have so much unsaid.

I just got over you, because I know you've been over me;
I wish you knew how much I love and miss you, wish you could see.
