The blood spilled from her skin and into the pure, porcelain sink
All her tears felt so artifical
Because she still couldnt feel anything
Noticing her face in the mirror;her eyes closed tight
All her dreams for the future
Now seemed out of sight
He promised her forever, or until the wounds were dried
But every promise he had made her
Left her alone to cry
"I don't want to do this anymore"
She whispered, as the tears poured down her sunken face
But getting better was worth more than she could take
The razor fell onto the tile floor
Breaking into two silver, metal halves
"These things aren't what they used to be"
She said solemnly, as she cupped her hand around the red waterfall
Waiting for her final moment
And on with her ride of this life
