The Holocaust

by Aveena   Jan 9, 2009

Starvation, disease, and neglect
brings no escape from that night
they were taken from their loved ones
deprived of their rights
there justice was not served, but denied
they hoped that they would make it,
but not all survived
only because they were Jew's
but now their pain and suffering is over
their souls are at rest in peace.

this was a French assignment i translated
into English.

For something that was transalated, this is very good.

Poems dont have to have set rhythm or layout, they can be whatever you want, thats the beauty of it.

You've done a great job with it!
