Still feel the pain

The smile that lights up the room
she is sweeter then any candy
cooler than a snowing winter night

But that doesn't heal her pain
no matter how hard she try or believe
she will never be happy again

she made the ultimate mistake
and let her baby walk away
like everything was ok

now she sits up thinking of what could have been
