Though I enjoyed the sincerity in this, I didn't like how many times you used "I," and other fillers. Maybe :

Wishing to save you.
Take all your pain let it be all mine.
Don't want any tears to fall from your beautiful face.
wanting to see that amazing smile that blows me away.
Praying I can save you.
All those tears you shed.
All those lonely nights you spent.
Longing to take them away and replace them.
Making you laugh all day.
Hold you tight though the night.
Never feeling lonely ever again.
Wish I could reach your deepest scars.
Wounds no one were able to reach.
We'll heal them together.
No matter what I'm gonna be right by your side.
Stars may fall.
The world may end but never forget I'm with you in every step.
Holding you tight and never letting you go.
If we fall. We'll fall together and we'll stand up together.
Nothing is going to take me away from you.
