Usually a story starts with "once upon a time."
But they forgot that this story is mine.
This isn't some rhyming fairytale,
It's about a girl who failed.
Now in school but in love,
If only there was someone above.
That was there to guide her and help her from getting hurt,
But she found a boy, and that didn't seem to work.
He was shy, sweet and he liked the same things,
Funny how much pain love can bring.
They went out for five months,
The girl thought she was tough.
But the guy got tired of her and cheated on her,
With a girl that was smart and a lot prettier.
He never kissed the first girl but once,
But he was all over his new girlfriend all at once.
The girl couldn't believe her boy was taken away,
This was the boys biggest mistake.
The next day the cops showed up at his neighborhood,
They showed up at his house and said," step out here if you would.
The cops were all around his ex girlfriends house in front,
The boy demanded for them to tell him what happened at once.
"Do you know of anything this girl said. Like and thoughts of suicide?"
The boy felt like waves came in on the ocean and he was caught in the tide.
"No, What happened to her? i want to know, now!"
The cop explained that his ex girlfriend cut a main artery and died. the boy fell to the ground.
You see the boy still had feeling for the girl,
Now that she was gone, there was nothing more left in the world.
He broke up with his girlfriend and said goodbye forever,
He hung up the phone and that's the last time she heard his voice,ever.
He hung himself on his tree in his front yard at midnight,
Holding on to his ex girlfriends picture,tight.
The picture was found on the ground with a note,
To his other ex girlfriend and she read what he wrote.
It said," i never loved you, i loved her instead."
And after she read it, she cried on her bed.
She had walked back home and left the boy that she loved,
He was with the other girl now, up above.
