I need to feel a person who truly does care
One who I know, will always be there
A man who should listen and always believe
The guy who will let me wear my heart on my sleeve

Someone who will always let me be me
And never want me to change or run away and flee
He will hold me tight when I feel too much of grieve
The guy who will let me wear my heart on my sleeve

Let it be known, that he'll stay by my side
A man who's heart and mine will forever collide
Someone who laughs even when I'm being naive
The guy who will let me wear my heart on my sleeve

We will dance and play, this guy of mine
Our fingers will be together and intertwine
He would never choose to neglect or deceive
The guy who will let me wear my heart on my sleeve

    I loved this poem...i think this is the guy every girl seems to want...i just hope i find a guy like this some day...anyway great poem with alot of great feeling 100/100!

    Wow i really like how you penned this down... it's just so simple and straight forward of what you want in a guy.You the person whom you accpet in your life must be able to accept you for who you are and not somebody whom you're not.I also like the idea where you repeat the last line for all the stanza. It was really such a delightful to read . Keep it up
