Hate to waste time
so I'll make this short
you might be reading this
and understand that it's a love poem

would you believe me
i lied and told you it was a sad poem?
i doubt you would believe me
but the point isn't about sadness or happiness

but about not wasting time
and cleaning that love letter or computer screen
that you been staring at for the rest of your life
get a grip

i know I'm just poems for fun
but hell i never joke around with people feelings
i never take peoples tears for granted
you cry, i also cry too

i don't waste time proving to you
I'm the guy in that knight armor
that's in fairy tales
this is real life

so the point is
quit being stupid and crying
about that X boyfriend
there is someone out there
who won't waste your time

could it be me?
i don't know
you tell me?
but all i can say
"i love you"
i won't waste time telling you now
will you love me?
