Suicide

by Melissa Freeman   Jan 15, 2009

I'm now age twenty one
wondering why people think life is fun
the world is full of hurt and pain
and most people think its a game
some say I should be giving
and I wonder why I'm still living

I know how badly life can hurt at times, it's not fair, and a lot of times no one really cares. I will always care, from a deep level of connection and having gone through it. My email is Paulstotts1988@gmail.com feel free to reach out, I can help provide community resources and emergency numbers if need be. I'm also always here, day or night, for a mental health emergency, because I've dealt with suicide, depression, hopelessness. Melissa, referring to the poem, give when you want to give, know you don't have to use your energy reserve to help in every single situation. As an empath, I feel we take this on as our duty almost. However, trying to change the world, or even community takes unity, leadership, which is a quality that ruminates deeply from you.
