Why so much torment?
Enough pain is had.
Why so much hate?
Is tolerance that bad?

Can't you see their pain?
Have you never felt hurt?
Then why do you continually
Rub their faces in the dirt?

Do you know how being hated feels?
You say you can't stand their affliction,
What is the big deal?

Try seeing their side.
Try someone else's point of view.
You never know what their life is like,
Until you've survived a mile in their shoes.
