Nothing left

by Darling   Jan 24, 2009

With hearts breaking,
And minds aching.
Tongues like daggers,
Causing limps and staggers.

Eyes full of tears,
Yelling, fighting and jeers.
Words that should not be spoken,
Spirits are slowly broken.

This is the end,
Can no longer pretend.
That there's any more to us.
No tenderness left, not even lust.

Kisses are empty,
No longer causing volupty.
Embraces are no longer warming,
Disease of pain and anger are swarming.

Souls stinging with pain,
When there's nothing more to gain.
One sad, unbearable choice,
Said with a broken, choking voice.
