Ingrid, i am so glad you wrote this. Racism is a terrible, terrible thing and poems like this are sad, because they are so true. People everywhere face ridicule because of the colour of their skin, when really, its just a colour. People can be so judgemental, it just drives me crazy.
Your poem said a lot, in so few words, your last line was amazingly clever.
