A Heart Needs Love

A heart that is not tended to, or cared for,
continues to hurt inside and remains so sore.

Hearts are like plants, if not provided the proper care.
They'll eventually die, not giving anything to share.

Love comes from deep within your heart.
People that love, searched deep inside you to start.

To start to grow to love you so very much,
is easier to do by a loving and sweet touch.

Imagine life without any sort of love,
would there any longer be a heaven above?

I've had love before, then it slipped away,
and now I've found "Mr. Right", he'll never betray.

I pray right now, that I'll remain faithfully by his side.
To him I'll try to fully and openly confide.

When a heart does not truly ever love someone,
it will become so cold, and later be shunned/

Could that be you? Do you try staying away from it?
Away from a beautiful heart waiting to be lit?

To be lit of romantic fire, love shining through.
Could that possibly happen? Could it be true?
