Mother Nature (Decuain)

by Sylvia   Jan 31, 2009

Mother Nature, guardian of seasons,
a wave of her hand, a nod of her head,
transforms landscapes, never question reasons.
Cold, dark and murky grays of winter tread,
to lush greens of spring for which she has spread.
Flowers bloom, birds take flight, bees do abound.
Sunshine makes the spring days warmer ahead.
To soon summer arrives, parching the ground.
Fall not far behind, leaves turn and surround.
The cycle of nature complete, profound.
