Drown out the noise
With the sound of crying.
Kill the pain
With the knife left stabbing
Underneath
Every bloodstain
I'll be there
Calling your name.
My dark sunshine
Runaway with me.
Tied up to hate
And somewhat free.
Take this chance
To douse the dream.
Hold it close
Feel it scream.
Whispered voices
To suicide notes.
Not many choices
So we all choke.
What a joke
And how it bleeds
Hide inside invisibility
And see through me.
I'm not alive
But still I breathe
Unsatisfied
That I'm not what you want me to be.
Arms full
Of beauty broken
Love me never
Words too often spoken.
I'll sleep soundly
In this sarcophagus
As the walls close in
And I start to lose focus.
You made me a promise
That I'll soon forget
While I'm coughing on the smoke
From year old cigarettes.
Dropping all signs
Of death
Not sure
When I'll need help.
Scarlessly scarred
With brutal band aids
